People so very nice and professional. Not what I expected: actually guess I did not know what to expect! Very clean and spacious. Move in process first rate, Feel very comfortable about leaving our personal belongings there while we figure out next steps in our lives.The only drawback is the fact that only every other light in the corridors illuminate, making it quite dark as the day progresses. Would be most appropriate for all lights to illuminate. They are motion sensitive, so they turn off to be eco and budget friendly.

New to the unit but had no problems moving into our 10x26 unit...had easy access to elevators, plenty of pull carts. Had a 26 foot fully loaded truck unloaded in less than 3 hours......Not a bad experience at all.

Although I did see comparable prices closer to my hie location, the availability was not there. Direct Storage in Middleboro had the size and availability we needed in a short period of time. Place is clean, staff is very friendly and reliable. We love that there is a roof above our heads during the unloading process. Quick and easy drop of with convienent times.

Excellent unit for a reasonable price. Have been looking for a larger unit since September and finally was able to upgrade to this nice 5X5. Perfect size for my needs. The locker I had was nice too, but I needed more space at this point.

Excellent and clean facility. Staff very helpful. They even have smaller 4X5 units for those who don't need a full size unit. The full size units have both outside entry units and indoor entry units for whichever works better for you.

This facility is reasonable in price. They have 4X5 lockers that are a smaller size if you don't need a large one. Another thing I like is all entrances to units are indoors so your locks don't rust out on a regular basis.

It's been very clean whenever I've had to visit and I've only ever seen one other customer there the few times I've been. Property is well maintained and the security system seems to be well done with cameras everywhere and a barbed wire fence around the perimeter. Staff have always been super friendly also, before and after becoming a customer.

Very CLEAN facility. The dimensions they advertise are on the conservative side. They look much bigger than you think. Pricing was in line with other facilities in the area, but they have a couple of bargains that the others don't offer.
